Our return policy is within 14 days from the date you have received the item. The item must be in its original condition and packed. Our return policy will only be in the form of a Credit Voucher. This will give you the flexibility to chose any other item of the same price. Commissioned artwork are not eligible for return. 

All shipping charges to be paid by the customer. Upon receiving the goods the gallery will inspect and confirm to the customer incase any damage during the shipment.
